PANEL OF LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTANTS

Dublin City Council invites applications from suitably qualified Landscape Architectural Consultant firms for inclusion on their Panel of Landscape Architectural Consultants. Firms are invited to apply by forwarding a completed application form (available on www.etenders.gov.ie) and relevant company details.

Applicant firms will be assessed and shortlisted for inclusion on the panel on the basis of information received on their relevant experience, proven design ability, technical capacity and resources, economic and financial standing, project management skills, capacity to deliver and references. Presentation and clarification meetings may also be used for assessment and shortlisting purposes.

The panel will be formed for a 7 year period and will be advertised on an annual basis.

The panel is not a competition therefore interested parties can lodge their applications on a continuous basis for the duration of the panel. However assessments for panel membership will be carried out on the initial deadline date in 20th September 2024 as listed in the documents. Subsequent assessments will be carried out 3 months after the initial deadline and on 6-monthly intervals thereafter. DCC will make regular announcements regarding imminent assessment deadlines during the duration of the panel.

The latest date for receipt of applications for this notice shall be 17:00 hrs (GMT), 20th September 2024.

The closing date is for administrative purposes only and companies can submit applications for the duration of the panel.
